Responsible for the accurate posting of payments received.

• Posts payments in to the practice management system
• Batch transaction reports
• Verify all the EFT deposits and scanned checks
• Properly communicate to the account manager and document payment denials in the practice management system and to the appropriate billing representative in a timely fashion.
• Batch patient statements
• Identify any payments not being paid at the contracted rate and communicated this to the appropriate billing representative.
