Graduates in life sciences with 1 - 3 years’ experience in Medical Coding

• Experience in specialties such as Radiology, Pathology, Anesthesia, Emergency Room, Surgery, Evaluation & Management (E&M) and Denials.
• Current Coding certification
• Good knowledge of medical coding and billing systems and regulatory requirements.
• Identifies discrepancies, potential quality of care, and billing issues.
• Researches, analyzes, recommends, and facilitates plan of action to correct discrepancies and prevent future coding errors. 
• Provide ongoing training to staff as needed.
• Handles special projects as requested
